No hidden rate card and no fake tiers. This page is the same maths we'd do with you on a call. You're paying for meetings with hiring managers before the job is posted, not for activity in your name.

How we price

Start from the revenue, work backwards.

Average fee, times close rate, gives what a qualified meeting is worth on your desk. Your revenue target then tells us how many you need, and that scope is what you pay for.

Worked example: a desk placing at roughly £20k a fee. Yours will differ. This is the template, not a promise.

Your close rate from qualified meetings

Meetings arrive pre-qualified: budget, need, fee structure explained, said yes. Agencies typically close around half of those. Call it ~50%.

The meetings your target needs

Revenue target ÷ (average fee × close rate) = the number of qualified meetings you need this year. That number sets the scope.

The scope sets the price

On the example numbers, an engagement at the from-price projects at roughly 6.6x return. We run your numbers on the call, in front of you.

What moves the price

Scope, not a menu.

Every engagement starts from £7,500 a month. Three things move it from there.

  • Roles trackedA patch watching three role families costs less to run than one watching fifteen. More roles means more couplings mapped, more signals scored, more assets built.
  • Seats coveredOne consultant fed with meetings is a different engine to a whole floor. Price follows how many diaries we're filling.
  • Sector exclusivityOne agency per niche. When we run your patch, we don't run it for your competitor. Holding a niche exclusively is the single biggest thing that moves the price.
  • Where it can goA large patch (many role families, several seats, exclusivity held) can run to £20k–£40k+ a month. Those aren't tiers on a rate card; nothing above £7,500 is pre-packaged. It's scope, priced from your target.
